Dr. James Voos is Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at University Hospitals and Head Team Physician for the Cleveland Browns. He currently serves as President of the NFL Physicians Society, reflecting his standing as one of the sport's leading voices in athlete health and safety. Jeff Allen is Senior Associate Athletic Director for Health and Performance at the University of Alabama, where he has spent his career at the center of one of college football's premier athletic training and sports science programs.
